What is Free Rental Site?
FreeRentalSite.com is a rental listing site for real estate rental listings. It is apart of a network of four free listing sites that cater to the real estate community, including:
The free sites are all aimed to provide the tools to each real estate industry that allow anyone to post a high quality listing for free. None of the sites limit the quality of the ad that you place because of price. Actually, it is quite the opposite.
The free real estate sites encourage the highest quality content as possible. All ads, when created are given a point score that will aid in the rank of the ad in the search results. The better and the higher the quality of content that is added when the ad is placed, the higher the point score will be.
The point score is based on a 30 point scoring system, that allows even a free ad to be created and shown at the top of the search results. Out of the 30 point system, every free ad has the opportunity to reach a full 30 points, sending it to the top of the search results.
How does it work?
There are many elements to the Free Rental Site. Actually the process and the structure behind Free Rental Site may be one of the most complex of any ad listing sites on the net today. However, you never have to deal with any part of that process. Everything is designed to work fast and effectively to give you the best experience with a very simple user interface on the front end.
When posting an ad, there are no barriers such as creating accounts, or having to add all of the ad information up front. This gives you the advantage to post many ads quickly and come back and update the ad information later.
Also, once you post an ad, we will create an account for you, and email you the log in information for the future. This will allow you to come back and manage all of your posted ads. By the way, once you have one account on one site, it works on any of our listing sites that you would like to use from us.
How does the ad posting work?
When posting an ad, only the most important information is required. When you enter the address of the property, the address is then geo-coded for exact location. What does this mean? Well, basically it takes your location of the property and with a refined process it gives you the exact location of the property with a latitude and longitude and displays this on a Google Map.
Once the ad location is found, the third step is to review and post the ad. One click of a button and your ad is live. It’s that easy. At this point you have a basic ad, and you can add as much information to that ad as you like. Add multiple high quality images, features and amenities, and even increase the detail of the ad. Your ad is active for 30 days from when it was created, and can be renewed for another 30 days if needed. Anytime in that period the ad can be activated or deactivated, or updated at any time.
How does the search work?
The search is also much different. There are no borders or boundaries with the search of the results. How the search works is that you type in any specific location, such as a city, region or country, or specific address and that search term will also be geo-coded and the latitude and longitude of that search term will be found. Form here you will be shown the results within a 20 kilometers/mile radius of that search latitude and longitude.
So for example if you search for “Tour Eiffel” or the “Eiffel Tower,” the search will find the latitude and longitude of the Eiffel Tower and then display the results of the ads that were posted within that search radius.
With this type of system, someone moving to a new city can find a rental by simply searching for the address of their new job site, and find results near where they will be working. So again, you do not list your ad within a city page that will not display if you are searching for the next town over. You list your location, and it can be found from any search at the right distance.
Now, you are no longer limited by any borders or boundaries. You post or search with the most advanced search options of any rental listing site on the net.
Once the search is performed, and the ads that appear within that search are displayed, the ads are then organized by point score of the ad, from highest point score to the lowest. Therefore, since the ads that have the best information have the highest point score, then those ads will be shown first, but only if they fit within the search criteria.
How can I get better placement on the search results?
Once you have created the best content-rich ad, you will have your point score for that ad. If you would like a better point score, first try working on your ad to included more detailed information, or more photos. Again, the ads are displayed by point score, so the more information you include about that property, the higher your ad will show up in the search results.
If you still are not showing up on the results where you would like, then we offer you the ability to purchase more ad score points. You can purchase points individually if you only need a few points to get to the top, or we also offer bulk packages, where you can buy point packages and apply them to any ad that you would like.

I don’t see my city or town listed, can I still post an ad?
YES. Because of our advanced posting process with geo-location, to add you city to the system, simply post your ad, and the city or town will automatically be added to all of our sites. With Free Rental Site, you have the ability to control the cities that Free Rental Site shows up in.
